At the precent my trainingsecdule is

monday: legs

Tuesday: chest and biceps

wednesday: triceps and shoulders

thursday:glutes and hamstrings

friday: bag

 saturday: biceps and triceps

sunday: off

I still have IFBB proff Helle Nielsen as my personal trainer. She takes care of my diet .

I have 5-6  meals a day, with mainly chiken, vegs, fish and some brown rise.
